How do I Make a Return or Exchange?
VPV Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Vantage Point Vintage, you come first! If you aren’t 100% pleased with your order, you can either exchange the item or return it with no extra money out of your pocket, excluding shipping fees. There aren’t any handling fees, re-stocking fees, or packaging material fees. The only fee you’ll need to cover is any and all shipping costs (return shipment costs as well as VPV’s initial shipment costs). We’re a small business and unfortunately cannot afford to absorb the shipping costs. In the rare instance that a vintage item was grossly misrepresented (i.e. we overlooked a large 2 inch tear, we incorrectly measured an item by 2 inches or more, etc.) we will provide you a refund in full, no questions asked! Any damage to an item during transit is not the responsibility of VPV. We do offer upgraded shipping methods and insurance at an additional cost.

How to Make a Return or Exchange?
Making returns and exchanges is so quick and easy! Have you read VPV Returns and Exchanges Policy above? Great! As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, start off by following these easy steps:
1. Please include the original Packing Slip from your order. In the instance that you’ve misplaced this form, simply login into your PayPal account and print your payment confirmation form.
2. On the front of your Packing Slip, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging and
3. Place your packing slip, along with the item(s) in as received condition into a suitable mailer to insure we receive the item in the condition which it was when sent from VPV.
4. From the options below, determine the type of transaction you are making, and follow the rest of the steps.
Returns
Feel free to use whatever shipping service you prefer when returning your item(s). We encourage you to purchase insurance and a tracking number or delivery confirmation when returning your item(s). Documentation that the item was indeed shipped back to VPV and insurance for the cost of the contents is essential to guarantee you will be eligible for a return. In the instance that you choose not to purchase a tracking number or delivery confirmation and the item is lost, stolen, or damaged, VPV assumes no responsibility. That seems fair, right?
